Super friendly staff who are also very responsible. Size of the room is sufficient and is clean and hygienic. Breakfast was good. The geyser for hot water and all other appliances are in good condition and work properly.The room prices are good for short stays in Shillong and the reception will arrange transport for you if necessary. In summary it is worth a short stay.

The location, staff and their behaviour was exceptional. The manager and the support staff were so well behaved, polished and cooperative. They always kept our requests and provided us with all the resources necessary. The hotel has high speed WiFi and 24x7 water and power supply. The room that we stayed in was well lit and bright. It had a great view and a nice personal balcony.

The rooms were spacious. The staff and their manager were extremely polite. Overall it was a very nice experience. The hotel is located at a nice location near Shillong Cantonment. The location was excellent with all necessary amenities available.
